Returns, Exchanges and Complaints

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a purchased item, please follow these steps:

  1. Place a new order for the desired item via our webshop
    (We recommend placing your new order as soon as possible to ensure availability due to limited stock)
  2. Return the originally ordered item. Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will issue a refund to your bank card or, in the case of cash-on-delivery payments, to your bank account (in this case, please include your IBAN with the returned package).

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The deadline for returning a product for exchange is 15 days from the date you received your original order.

RETURNS

According to the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, Article 72, every consumer has the right to terminate a contract concluded outside of business or concludes remotely within 15 days, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate the contract within the stated timeframe, by sending a clear statement by post or email including your name, surname, address, phone number or email address.

The withdrawal period is 15 days from the date you, or a third person you designated, who is not the carrier, received possession of the goods. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, features, and functionality of the goods.

We will provide you with a confirmation of receipt of the unilateral contract termination notice immediately by e-mail.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your bank card or, in the case of cash-on-delivery payment, to your bank account (please include your IBAN when returning the product).

CLAIMS

HNS International d.o.o. assumes responsibility for material defects in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act.

A claim will be considered valid if, after inspecting the product, we determine that it meets the legal conditions for a return in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. In such cases, we will replace the product within 15 days of receiving the valid complaint.

Delivery and return shipping costs in the case of a material defect will be covered by the seller. In all other cases (e.g. size or item change), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
