Payment Methods in the Online Store shop.hns.family
Payments in the shop.hns.family online store can be made in the following ways:
Cash on Delivery - Cash payment to the courier service that delivers the package to the buyer's home address. Payment on delivery is not available for personalized items! Personalized products are shipped only with advance payment.
Apple Pay - Payment through the Apple Pay system.
Google Pay - Payment through the Google Pay system.
Credit Card via Stripe - Payments can be made using the Stripe system (Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, American Express) in a one-time payment.
For the protection of your data, the Stripe system does not allow the charging of a larger amount nor does it give insight into your credit card number. We only see the transaction number sent for payment or cancellation of an order that we cannot fulfill for some reason.
Credit card details of the buyer are NOT STORED in the database of shop.hns.family or HNS International d.o.o. but exclusively on the payment service provider's server.
HNS International d.o.o. does not have access to the buyer's banking details.
For credit card authorization and payment, we use the Stripe system. The input and transfer of personal data and credit card numbers are protected with the highest security standards provided by the Stripe system for online credit card authorization in accordance with card issuer and card brand requirements and PCI DSS standards. Credit card authorization and payment are performed using the Stripe system for real-time card authorization and payment.
Staff of shop.hns.family do not have access to your credit card number at any time. Only the authorized transaction number is available to them, which allows for the full or partial payment of the agreed transaction or cancellation for reasons agreed upon with the buyer.
