Shipping within Croatia
Shipping within Croatia is €5 for all orders up to €80.00. For all orders over this amount, shipping is free*.
Every ordered item, except personalized items, is delivered by GLS or DPD courier service within five working days. Personalized items are delivered by the courier service within a maximum of 10 working days. During promotional campaigns, there may be slight delays in processing and delivering orders.
When making a purchase, we kindly ask you to provide a phone or mobile number so that the courier can contact you if needed.
If you are not at home when the courier arrives, they will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery time, or they will leave a notice at your address.
You will receive all information related to the status of your order according to the order processing.
* It doesn't apply to Frame the Game (delivery within 12 working days)
International Shipping
We send products outside Croatia using courier services GLS, DPD, and DHL EXPRESS (depending on preferences and/or recipient's country).
The delivery time depends on the country we are sending the product to, as well as the delivery service delivering the package.
For countries outside the EU, if there are shipping and customs charges, the cost is borne by the buyer.
Purchasing Pre-Order Products
If your cart contains one or more products marked with the Earlyaccess label, all products in that order will be shipped together in accordance with the pre-order delivery times and terms stated on the page of each individual Earlyaccess product.
This means that products available for standard delivery will also be shipped only once all pre-order products are ready for dispatch.
To receive the available products sooner, please place the products marked as Earlyaccess and the products available for standard delivery in two separate orders. In that case, the orders will be processed and delivered as two separate shipments, with shipping costs calculated separately for each order, where applicable.
